Thanks for the before pic, Dave, and very much for the compliment. Before, I couldn’t whittle with it. Couldn’t get a proper grip. Also had to fiddle with the blade shape because, why not?

David, Have you considered making a blade for the Micro Recon 1 in something like S35VN,S90V,etc.I'm not sure if you have pondered the idea.

Rit Dyed the scales black looks alot better now i think. Been carrying it for a while, seems to be holding the color great. First time ever doing this...also a charlie mike inspired rabbit bead.

Did this mod and then went back to smooth out the spine a bit and shrink/soften the flipper tab because it was snagging inside the pocket upon draw.

I masked off the handles and filled it in with permatex; used thin cardboard as a squeegee its such a better grip and feel
