How did you get rid of serrations?

1x30 belt sander, very slowly

On of the things I like about Cold Steel products is they are perfect to do modifications to. Lets start a thread showing your favorite Cold Steel mods. I'll start it off with a Cold Steel Trail Master and an SRK with custom G10 handles.

Make a long thumbstud for my CS Broken Skull and I'm loving it alot more now.Much easier to thumb open

More mods on my sr1 lite

Rounded and deepened finger Choil by pivot
Added some jimping on handle between front and rear choil and on spacer (paracord and super glue as base )

Added a window breaker mod by flattening pommel with a file, drilling a hold and inserting a PC screw securing with super glue

I used a fine 3m sanding sponge for the finish. I trimmed the pommel with a small had hobby saw then sanded it.

Got doubles of the AD10 and a custom from demko, but felt like having one with a bit more of a pointy drop point, slowly took it down today at low speed. Turned out alright.
