Hey Brian, long time, long time!

This sheath maker is none other than our own Bill duramax duramax . He is one of the very early CPK adapters who decided to make his own leather sheaths which then morphed more into a business venture, initially starting out as a hobby. I own many of his work which I really love (a great friend and a great guy BTW) and if you like robust well made top quality leather sheaths, give Bill a shout :)

Has any of our member leather smiths made a sheath for the sword k20? Leather maybe not safe enough?

Anyone making a traditional looking saya? You know you want one. And I did have to look up that word.

edit: seriously, i need a random carbon fiber rayskin burl wood sheath that I can wear in normal swashbuckler mode and also in over the shoulder renegade style. Sheath must allow safe and lightning fast deployment and total 100% safety. Something with springs or levers to aid the draw…?

None are finished yet (from what I've read)

And I know a person that might make himself a saya but with the possibility of the heat treat changing shape from sword to sword...... a one fit solution on a saya might not be possible
 
just finished putting together the prototype for my next run of sheaths. This is for the Basic5/FK3

It ended up being a left handed sheath, due to a clerical error
