I really like that UF2 sheath. It’s like it has the narrower profile of taco kydex but in leather. Literally what I’d want for the uf2. Also Lorien, your boot dagger sheath reminds me of my favorite dagger sheath, the one that goes to the Winkler-Williams Special Mission Dagger. Nice work!

the UF2 sheath that I'm going to produce is going to look very different from that one, but I think it will be more better. Just working on another dag sheath atm and once I get that squared away it's onto the UF2, and the Kephart. Want to design something simple and good for the Basic5 as well. Still got about a dozen DEK1 sheaths to sew up and finish, too, so lots of stuff going on.

Thanks to Bill duramax , I can finally take out my boot dagger safely. (Until today it sat in my drawer).
I couldn’t be happier with it. Absolutely love the gray water buffalo!

Here’s the cpirtle UF2 sheath with a Sagewood Gear belt loop attachment in brown leather. The brown is darker on the loop but it matches the welt color perfect. I did have to extend the top slot of the kydex adapter where it attaches to the sheath to get the holes lined up, but not much.

I also purchased the attachment hardware kit Sagewood sells for the longer screws and washer assortment as the leather sheath is much thicker than the kydex sheaths the belt loop setup is designed for. I find it to be a nice and solid setup.

May I ask you something regarding a new UF2 sheath Jo just sent me ? For screws attaching - say a Mummert or Ulti-clip, would you put silencers between screw head and leather ? Thanks !
