  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Let's see your good old basic fixed blades, Bowie's, Stickers, etc.

My mother in law bought this one for me a while back at an auction.

It has no identifying marks at all, and has been re-handled.

But it has sweet convex grinds and takes a wicked edge.

I have sharpened and used enough knives to know this has good, good steel.

I sure with I knew who made it.

And I wish my pictures looked as good as the ones I see here.

Tom, those Scagel Bowies are sweet! Mike and his crew do a great job! Thanks for posting the photo as I was curious to see the two sizes together.

Just got my Ban Tang BT6 back from Sagewood Gear getting fitted for new britches. Had a pouch made for my SOG multi-tool at the same time.

Mink, that is some top-class leatherwork. Thanks for including the maker's name. Wow.
Here is my trio of scandi Swedish workers: a Utility Knife that has gone to hell and back, a big guy that hasn't seen much action yet, and the incredibly comfortable Craftline that I won in Art Vandeley's generous multi-giveaway. That one is definitely my favorite thus far!

This would be one of the best large knives ive ever owned..I dont use it as often as i should ..I would rate this knife as a true all rounder. Fes

An old Ruana.

I like the way this one feels in the hand.

That's a great lookin' knife.A bit unusual of a Ruana. It has the look, and the Elk stag, but not the usual front and rear molded type bolsters and pommel.I picked one up out of a pawn shop junk box for $15. one time.( : Still looking for a repeat.

I gave forty bucks for this one at a local gun and knife show. :)

It looks pretty ergonomic Coonskinner. Certainly functional by all means. You could really choke up on it via the choil if need be.

This is Scott Gossman's last Hudson Bay camp knife, and one of the last custom orders he's taken. The last knife with wooden handles too, and he sent this one out with a bang!

A little over 8" of A2, acid etched for that old timey look. While not necessarily a true Hudson Bay camp knife, it is Scotts interpretation of the famous pattern. Fat desert ironwood scales, made just for my big paws. It is unbelievably well balanced, and just feels good in the hand. I picked it up a couple weeks ago, but haven't gotten the chance to really use it yet. Hoping to change that either this weekend or the following weekend. The portageurs would be proud ;)...

I've wanted a Blackjack 125 since the first time I saw one. The Sambar stag versions seem to be harder to come by lately, so I figured it was time...
