Let's see your good old basic fixed blades, Bowie's, Stickers, etc.

I almost forgot I owned this one. Anza made out of a file and laminated wood slabs. Full four finger grip and short but stout blade make it perfect for most chores.

looks handy&quite distinctive- very nice ;)

Wow Mykel, those are very nice. The variation in the cocobolo wood's grain/color is really cool, something I haven't seen before, or at least not to such a degree. Outstanding!

I've never been too excited about GEC's fixed blades, but there's something about that #10 that I'm really warming up to.

Concur, thanks for the comparison pics Trand

I sure like that.

Very handy looking.

Thanks guys. I never took interest in this pattern until Jimmy's posts and now I really like it. I do wish the handle was a little longer though. Remember that on the H23 and H73, the handles are the same size as the #23 and #73 slip joints. The handle on this is only 3 3/8" long. One thing I do like is that there aren't any brass liners, just bone and steel.

Nice pic of that Tidioute, Trand.

Got the stainless version in Horsecut Bone myself, the handle is a little short but it's a tidy knife nevertheless. Would like the version they did in Yellow Delrin too for that matter.

Thanks, Will
