All true Leftytwogunz. All true..
I will get off topic here, but.. I'll put a picture in to help stay the course.

Unless we make millions our collections will change through the months and years to fund our changing taste. One toy that I have not traded or sold is my 1911. It has old iron sites and I am still the most accurate with it, due to the near perfect trigger pull.
My XDM below has a crap trigger. So I put in an aftermarket set up in it. We're talking hundreds in springs, titanium, rods.. It's at a 4lb pull.. It's like mashed potatoes.. I am more accurate now, because my own trigger control in my index finger is the weak link. After firing a 1911, you will forever be missing it. Someday i will get a Wilson Combat Protector Compact 9mm 1911 and it will be the "be all, end all"; for my perfect edc piece. Just gotta sell that kidney first..
Another rambling side note. Totally agree on the Strider GG. I really wanted a "pretty" cf cc version in SMF. Couldn't find one anywhere. I "settled" on a GG (gun grip) SMF model with a stonewash blade even though I really wanted a "pretty" satin finish blade. And this god forsaken brute SMF GG that I settled for, is the best gah damn knife I have ever bought. Hands down. I've had it 2 weeks and the newness still hasn't worn off. Can't keep it outta my hands.
I totally get the Strider philosophy now. It's like they actually want their knife to be used, not just coddled and looked at. Like it really doesn't look right until it has some scars. This darn thing has opened up my eyes a little. It's like the knife gods said, "Clinto, you won't get Strider what you want, you will get the Strider you need".
P.S. No bullets in any of the pieces below.
P.P.S. Look at what has the best gun grip below. hint.. its not on a gun.
