Let's see your Traditional Case knives, old to new.

You just can’t go wrong with one…. err two…
err… ya :thumbsup::thumbsup:
Enjoy that beaut Todd! and awesome of John as always outdoing himself… once again !!
Thanks Gus. I don’t know what I was thinking because the knife I bought from John was a Case/Bose collaboration so I should have posted it here also, but I wanted to show the Dogleg Jack by itself. It’s a special knife in its own right. 😊

I've never had a sodbuster Jr... don't know why.... and I'm really not a huge fan of commemorative knives... but when this one in stag showed up on the 'bay, I went for it.
This is some of the best stag I've seen/had on a Case knife... once I get the edge the way I want it, it's liable to be a frequent carry.. 😃

Nice stag on that one.
I see those show up, but figured the etch would drive me nuts.
I think you're going to like the Sodbuster Jr. It's a nice size and I like the blade shape better than GEC's.
I agree on the etch.... nothing against Kentucky, but I might see if I can slip it across my little belt sander and eliminate it....
I compared it to my self-modified GEC 71, and they are very close in size. The Case blade doesn't seem to be as "bellied" as the GEC version. I think I can tolerate the Case shape.... the GEC had to be slimmed a bit... :cool:

Here is a question for you, I noticed Case usually uses brass liners. I also noticed my Case knives don't have rock solid blade lock ups. Do the brass liners along with the quality of the peening account for the quality of the knife lock up?

Best regards,

They don't have blade wobble; however, they are not as solid as some of my other knives. I'm sure they are within spec of what Case produces; although, they are not as solid as my GECs or Queens. I was trying to figure out why that may be the case, not pun intended......

Best regards,
