TAH, you made that copperhead look just right. Like all copperheads should be ebony only! Good presentation!

Harry, I can see why someone might want Case's entire jigged walnut series. Great color!

'64-'69 Case Barlow. (sellers pic)

Thanks James : I take it that the Case Barlow is on the way . That color on those older Cases is IMO the ultimate color for an old bone handled knife . Congrats on the find of a fine older Case Barlow . I would not consider my collection of Barlows or older Traditionals complete without one.

Case Ebony Copperhead.

TAH : I think I remember you posting some time back in the Buckles and Blades thread and you have not lost your touch for taking a very interesting and fine picture. Thanks for the entertainment again . Very nice Copperhead too .

Thank you all for the nice replies! That knife photographs well. Trust me, it's the knife, not the photographer. :o

I just got the Amber Bone Canoe 4 days ago... been in my pocket constantly.
I'm really loving this knife.... slim, fits great in the pocket, and works hard too.

Here's an old Case, but new to me. The 6445R scout has been a constant companion for the last week.

Thanks James !!!
Did you pull the trigger ???????????

Not yet Harry but as the major enabler for the Rodgers walnut bone series, you'll be the first to know my friend. :)

Thanks. It is a beautiful model. The epitome of the scout pattern.

Even more unusual is to see two of them, side by side. Both made in 1974. They look like they rolled off the line, right next to each other. Twins.

Wow 'Buzz, for any scout affection-ado those two together are... simply breathtaking!:thumbup:
