Let's see your Traditional Case knives, old to new.

What a beautiful collection of the Roger's Jigged bone offerings Harry. Those are the best effort Case has made in years for evenly dyed bone in an attractive color.

Total agreement there Bob. The best effort in a long time.

These are beautiful knives, Harry!
I realized three dark stripes on the bolster of each one.
Did Case engrave this only on certain models or in a certain period?
I've seen something similar on GEC Northfield models,
but the Case knives I own are all without ornament.
Thanks, mat

I just picked this one up off the exchange here a few days back, a nice 6.5 bonestag humpback stockman from 2010.

Thanks guys, it's a very sleek design for the pocket with the round bolsters and sunk joints.

How did I miss that? Nice one Jeff.

My sentiments exactly :eek::grumpy::D:D

I like Bonestag 6.5 when it's got plenty of texture like that one and those sunk-joints and the cut out are major assets. Didn't even know they ran a Bonestag edition of these, it's Spear master I assume? Very nice find indeed.:thumbup:

Regards, Will

Yeah, Will, spear master and I reground the short spey into a pen clip. We do like our bonestag, don't we?

All I really know about them is that Case released a series of 8 different patterns in the September , 2016 time frame that had Rogers Jigged Walnut Bone that also had the lined bolsters as you see .

Thank you for the information.
Jigging, colour and bolsters look great on each one, all together a fantastic set!

I posted this one in the EDC thread and forgot to post here.

A CASE 1920-1940 EZ open Jack. Beautiful dark brown bown but with a patch on the mark side by the EO notch. Aside from it's beauty mark the blades are SOLID. The pen has been reprofiled considerably yet the main Spear is near full.

The covers reflect use as its so smooth in hand. Just a Solid yet slim knife. A great knife to carry:cool::thumbup:

Paul, you are on another level. That is a special knife.

Paul, that Case really is a good looking knife. I love the dark brown color. I feel like you don't really see consistently dark color like that on jigged bone nowadays.

That is real gem, Paul!

+1 :thumbup::thumbup:

Rick, redsparrow, Alan and Travman....Thank you, I appreciate the nice comments. I love CASE knives but those Vintage ones really peak my interest. Will post a special early (1920-1940) CASE Pruner once it arrives:thumbup:
