Great-looking collection. I've bought several Case knives myself this year. Love them all. Here is my small Case collection; half current versions and half vintage. If you choose carefully, I believe that some of the modern Case knives can hold their own against the older ones. And thank you very muchjwb01 !

I really like that one. Not up to date on my jigging patterns, is that corn cob jigged, or would that be peachseed?

Yeah, I might go for a dark red. Bought a "dark red bone" peanut for my wife, but it looked more like "lipstick red." Not for me.Went to buy a Case trapper over the weekend. I was planning on getting a burnt brown bone, but next to it in the display was a Redbone CV like I haven't seen in years so I bought it instead. I have one of the newer redbone Cv's that is more of the "lipstick red" that doesn't look very good. This one, while not a vintage redbone was closer to the dark vintage redbone than it is to the lipstick red. The date on the box was August 23 and I picked it up on Sept. 15, so hopefully some of the newer Redbones are going to be more like redbone of the past. I will try to get a pic tonight.
