These smooth bone Buck knives were a BassPro exclusive. When BP merged with Cabelas they were discontinued. I always hoped they’d offer more models with the same handle, but it didn’t happen. Now I have my fingers crossed ever month Hoping the Buck of the month will be an add on to this set

I HAVE A QUESTION! 😁

Do any of you kind people have an example of how white bone ā€œmellowsā€ over time with edc type use? Several years of use…but not antique examples.

I just gifted this mini Copperlock to a friend and she asked me to explain how bone ages over time with use.

This is a horrible picture. I took it to magnify the tang stamp (2000 btw) not to get a glamour shot of the knife.

I’d love to explain how the bone would change as she pockets the knife for the next 5 years or so. She’s that kind of lady. I gave her a mini Copperlock 4 years ago and she’s had it in her pocket every day since!
