Thanks Gus. That matching Duke must be sweet. I wasn't totally sold on the blue G10 until I actually saw it in person. Feels great in the hand too.

A few people asked about my Surls Patch today also. Here was one of my replies in lieu of an actual review. And some more comparison pictures for the heck of it.

(re: Patch)
I really really like the knife. It's on the small side, comfortable and "cute" according to my 5 and 6 yr old daughters who love checking out my knives. It has a 2.5" blade and spine-to-belly isn't too tall so it would be a great EDC and just disappear in a pocket. The blade isn't that much shorter than a 3" blade like on the HB, Handyman, BC Puukko or Huntsman. Its friggen pointy and sharp so I haven't gotten any carry type EDC use out of it yet because I need a sheath. Once I get some real use out of it, I want to try posting a review.

Top to bottom: KE Bushie, Huntsman, Surls Patch, Handyman, Production BC Puukko:

With a Ladyfinger added to the group:

Well, I keep trying to get a group shot of my W.A. Surls collection but I always seem to leave some out. Usually ones that are either on my belt or were left in the last place they were used. The two missing from this picture are my Arrowana and my Kestrel. Both were on my kitchen counter at the time of this picture. :D

Onedog, what model is the one in middle, the scandi one wearing burlap?

It's a Kanati with Coffee Bag Burlap. The one to the right of it is a Kanati in Red Curly Koa. Great mid-sized woods knife.
