Thanks Phillip. One day I'll be able to get a picture of my entire W. A. Surls collection. :D

I've been following the Instagram posts about that knife and the anticipation is exhausting.

My two Patch knives. One in Osage. The other in Curly Ash. Both with blue liners.

The Osage is currently my daily carry.

Thanks Luca917...just enough blade to get the job done...3/32" is nice and can still use for camp duties. The A2 is keeping sharp and easy care.
 
Patriot Sr 1/8"A2. 4.25" blade, 9.25" overall.
I'm a nitpicker and I can't find any fault with this knife. I've certainly paid more for custom knives from other makers and found imperfections and very minor imperfections are to be expected. I've run a fingernail over every seam and can't catch a bump anywhere. I don't know how you can improve this fit and finish. The grinds are excellent as well. Came to me from dlt razor sharp. We'll done sir!

I'm glad to have it, very nice knife, looking forward to using it. The 1/8" A2 sealed the deal as i have a 5/32 W2 blade from another maker. Almost the same size with a slightly different blade which is similar to the fiddleback kephart but I really wanted to add a thinner knife with more belly just for the fun of having a little variety.
 
I know. I think I'm officially addicted. And the bad thing is that I see Allen at least once a week so he has the opportunity to show me more.
 
You are doomed. I have to stay away from him. I've got over ten of his blades, and keep adding more. And any time I communicate with him I buy another.
