I cooked a chuck eye roast also for sandwiches next few days. It's resting right now and will be sliced after cooling down over night!

Colorado especially the western slope is all about all kinds of meat!

Beautiful group of Inlanders Caleb. My favorite of those is that orange Arctic Ice. I looked very hard at that one when it was available.

Thanks, Phil! That one has the fullest handle of the three, which will work out well since it's my eldest's who is eight, already as tall my shoulder, and most likely going to be size of a small giant. He loves it, and it has been named Dragonscale.
 
Ah I remember when that starry night Inlander went up for sale on the flea market. Still regret not grabbing it when I had the chance! Looks good with its brothers though CDMayhem.
