The #43. Really great knife!Which pattern is that one in micarta at the center of the pic, the one with the lanyard hole? Can't recall, thanks
Does anyone know when GEC swtiched over from this slip design to the current one?

Thanks! I got it from a buddy when I bought a knife off of him. I like the design too and was just curious since I haven't seen it, only the current one.It take me some digging to tell you exact date. Since you haven't got a reply, I figured I would approximate for you. I think it's been about 6-7 years since I got one of those. I like that pattern much more than the current one.
Oh yes the 43, yes it is a great knife... I even have one in Cocobolo... I thought I had already seen it... lolThe #43. Really great knife!
The Remington Trapper is growing on me
I was told so long as they put their order in with Blue Ridge. They are acting as the main distributor and will decide how many each dealer gets, and will be based on tier just like GEC does. Are all the same distributors selling these?
Unknown Metal Composition?What does U M C stand for?

Sixty?One hundred seventy dollars better?
I’ve got the Rosewood and it’s really nice. This one isn’t bad but I’ll prob skip it since I’m not a huge fan of the jigged bone on a larger handle. That's much better looking looking than the Rosewood.![]()
