Storing GEC knives under the sink is pretty irresponsible and reckless.

here is a tip, first dig a series of long trenches in the backyard, about 10-12 inches deep, maybe 40-50 feet long.

get some 2 inch pvc pipe as long as your trench, fill pipe with GEC knives in the tubes, cap and seal, then bury them in the trenches.
This should all be done around midnight on a new moon.

"GEC shrines" will be popping up all over the country.

I have them in boxes sitting on her treadmill. They are there in plain sight, but she's never mentioned seeing them. Not hidden.

I used to have a designated drawer…. Then it got full so some got moved into the closet. And then into another drawer. Now there are knives all over the place. But at least I can feast my eyes on them randomly. My wife gave up complaining a long time ago…. But the popularity of GEC helps that. There was a time when I bought multiples per month!
