Lets talk GEC!

i would like to see the coming #68s with halfstop and a not_so_weak Backspring, no matter if it is a Pony Jack or White Owl.
and a #68 looks great with a clip blade, great little pocket friendly EDC knife.

How about adding a tool or two on that and make it sort of like a jr. scout. Personally, I think that’d be killer!

I agree with Dylan, the spear is a looker, but the clip wins the flip! No flies on this White Owl.

I wish it were in a pen configuration but can’t pass up another all steel knife 68.

I agree that the spear is visually superior in that pattern but the clip is way more functional. Only white owl I ended up keeping after all these years was a clip main in jigged red bone.

68 white owl, smooth white bone, centered shield, all steel, clip main, and a nail file secondary…..guy can dream.

Not sure honestly. I really was hoping for 35 calf pen run again however the latest 35’s didn’t happen. Also the last run of 47’s didn’t happen for farm and field either but I hope to see both in the future.
You probably won't see a calf pen again, then sat around too long. 47 harvester will happen again but when is anyone's guess.

Just bought a Bark River on the drop today, and looks like I'm going to have to pull my wallet out yet again for these 68s! Oh, the agony 😂😂
I agree with others saying they'd love to see the single spring pen configuration, but I love wood covers and smaller knives, so this is going to be another for the collection (and pocket) for sure! All steel construction is just the icing on the top.
2020-2021 has really turning out to be a great time for GEC releases, at least in my opinion. My 33 has not left my pocket for more than a couple days since I received it, the 86 AJ is a beast of a work knife, and the 85 caplifter is fun as all get out.
Fingers crossed they made a truckload of these 68s, and we can all enjoy a real winner of a piece.

That is promising news. How popular were 47P Harvester's?
It’s hard to compare popularity now and even a year ago. Even weird knives with combs fly off the shelves - pruners would too.

It wasn’t all that long ago that I sold a pruner for less than what I paid a dealer for it, cuz nobody was buying it.

GEC can seemingly do whatever they want right now. Our wants may be of little concern.

Ya know, that’s the only f&f recover I’ve done with success. I’ve done others, but have always ended up with a crack, a split, wonky washer hole…always something on the first attempt.
I knew you would like that one. It's your picture too.😉
