I think that’s fair. There was a time when, even if there was a button made for the pattern, only about 1 in 4 came with one.
That 72 is actually one of my most prized GEC's.... They called it Violet Pioneer Bone. Doubt they'll ever make another but it's one of my favorites because my son's favorite color has always been purple since he was about a year old.I'm down for anything purple.![]()
That #76 is spectacular.
Came to say the same thing John, I wasn’t surprised to see you beat me to it haha! That #76 is spectacular.![]()
It's one of my favorite patterns and the stag on your's is out of this world.
Can't help it, I love the #76s.I wasn’t surprised to see you beat me to it haha!

The 44 has quite excellent stag as well! Thanks for the compliments! I will admit, it is some of the best stag I've ever come across
Thanks, I agree it is great! When they were released I panicked and ended up buying 4 different stags, kept my favorite and sold the rest. I think it was around that time that GEC sales started really going acorn nuts! The 44 has quite excellent stag as well!

View attachment 1661553Has there ever been another GEC release like the Beer Scout Knife? Besides pins, the Beer Scouts also had the Beer Scout Knife Club membership and the availability of the pint glasses…will always be one of my favorite GEC offerings!
Let's not forget the "Ramsfoot" knife...GEC does have some interesting (sometimes very quirky) marketing, packaging, etc. The Beer Scout Knife certainly stands out. Heck, I thought Medium Rare and Well Done for the lighter and darker Ebony on the Angus Jack was pretty brilliant.
Your road to trouble has just begun, but it's a good thing! Nice colorful start!GEC Collection is growing. In search of my background I was looking down and got inspired by my Tony Lamas. Cheers!

I miss watching that glorious purple dinosaur with my kids when they were younger... why do they have to grow up!
