Lets talk GEC!

I’m down for both. These will look great for a display set. I’m hoping the “We the people” side is in micarta or bone. And the S&S in acrylic.

If anyone from GEC is watching this thread, I hope you consider using sambar stag with a shield at least once in a while. There is nothing nicer, especially when the stag is thin and well hafted like it is on this Viper. It doesn’t have to be every time, but maybe in the rare event the sambar is high quality and thin…? I know it is a long shot, but we can hope.

Anyone else see a baby lambsfoot #49 in the future?

I totally agree with you concerning the Shields . I understand why the decision was made by Bill Howard but I think the UNXLD adds to the Visual Appeal of the knife . I pay Extra for Stag and I would pay even More Extra for a Stag with Shield . I like that I can see that a knife is a Northfield without even picking it up . That is my story and I'm sticking to it .
Oh yes :: I really like your Stag Viper .

Nice to see a new double pattern! I hope theres some more "regular" covers. These kind of look like the 5 dollar knives on the counter at my hardware store.
It's interesting. That's part of the draw for me - they look like knives that would be stocked in five and dime store during the 50's-60's. Kitschy? Sure. But in a traditional-classic sort of way. I would love to have both to have on my display.

Im sure they'll still sell like hot cakes! No problem either way; the wallet could always use a break.
