I would love to see a GEC elephant toe, which I guess would be a #36 sunfish?

"Elephant Toenail" is a small 3 to 3.25 inch closed Sunfish pattern.

"Elephant Toe" is a "large" (or regular size) 4 to 4.25 inch closed Sunfish/(GEC) "Whaler"/Pocket Axe/"British Rope Knife"/Emergency Spatula" or any of the other sixty ~ seventy names the pattern is known by that you prefer.
In both cases because that is "what the knife resembles.".

Matt_WY The 46, is a Elephant Toe, tho GEC calls it a "Whaler". I'm not sure if the 36 is a Elephant Toe or Elephant ToeNAIL. It depends on the size.

Well, I can't tell you for sure what the patterns are, but I was assured there will be no ivory pre-ban or otherwise upcoming, but there will be something in production after the 49's and before the 88's.

I think only Bill Howard has the answer to that. I would guess there is some serious planning ahead with spontaneity sprinkled into the mix.
