I'd say, almost zero.

Maybe they'll do a single blade jack that is just a tube topper / blade key... a knife specifically just for opening your other knives!

That's a great idea, actually. Maybe they could make a set: physician's knife and a separate spatula knife, like some of those were back in the old days.
