That's a great idea, actually. Maybe they could make a set: physician's knife and a separate spatula knife, like some of those were back in the old days.

I've actually been shopping around for a while for a physician's knife with a spatula because I think it would be super handy in my shop and studio for mixing, scraping, and applying paints and glues and epoxies.

Rummaging around in my stash, I found a knife that's gotten very little attention in quite a while, a genuine safe Queen!! I though I'd take it out, wipe it down and oil it!
