Maybe it's a shadow that got painted red with the horses... Anyway, my guess is that horses are for red micarta sheepfoot harness 86, rose is for more yellow Barlows, and a pink camel-uncorn is for... uhm... public 34 version with unicorn ivory acrylic? No idea really. My initial though was pink camel bone, but it's more about a hump, isn't it.
