mind you they are not doing anything dangerous, and their parents are there observing. Wrapped knives into tubes kinda thing. little jobs. Hell, my friend who went to rendezvous early was even offered a nice brief internship at gec since they were short on hands, and he was just camping outside the factory anyway

thats why i camped out only once in '22, the mania is too much for me these days. And it was only two days that year. Dont get me wrong, I still love these things; but I'm not spending 5 days in homeless squalor for knives. If you got a camper, good for you.

If they resurrect Jerry Garcia, I might camp for tickets to a Grateful Dead show. Other than that, camping is for the camping itself. Hopefully not near any factories or crowds of fanatics!

The 86 is a fine pattern. I’m happy to carry this much-less-soupy version after work and on the weekends. Along side it is my work GEC, a 71

I compare them to the Big Chief. A big basic working knife with no frills. Some will hate them, which is ok. Others will buy them. Either way, they'll sell out. Lol.

...and remembered about my White Owl of the same bone style and color. I took it out to tote and was I astonished to find it discolored heavily! Here's pictures of then:

I only carried it a couple of times, in a leather slip. Could it be that chemicals in leather caused the discoloration? Though I don't understand why it happened also in the depth of the jigging grooves. They definitely weren't in contact with anything physically...

Are these 35 single spring like Churchill or double like the 35 m&g trapper and half stops or not.
