Lets talk GEC!

Just to clarify, the fire was not mine. It was Johnny Two Shoes that went through that. I can't even begin to imagine the devastation. He and I had the pleasure of working a trade here recently and this was one of the knives involved in the deal.

That's on me for not reading closely enough. Thanks for clarifying. Still a beautiful knife!

Nice to see the #74 frame being used for a single bladed variant with the Esky Zulu:)

Here's hoping GEC follow with a few of their own single bladed runs. I've always liked the look of the #74 frame and expected them to do more with it. Kind of surprised that it hadn't happened yet, perhaps because of the closeness to the #72/3? It's a prettier frame to my eye, I'd love a single clip version....:)

I think the 74 would make a great curved Barlow.

I've often thought that Northwoods would make a smaller version of the Madison barlow on the 74 frame. I think it would be a big hit, especially in a single blade clip... but then the esky Zulu came out and I figure he won't be doing 2 knives on the same pattern.

OH THE JOY! Thanks for listening to my incessant whining GEC! Edit: I just noticed they're adding tortoise shell acrylic! I'm flipping out over here guys!

I just noticed stainless single clip Boy's Knives on the production schedule, is that a SFO?

Guys, this is another 'surprise' knife from GEC; none of the dealers had orders on them, so they will be split up among participating dealers according to their overall GEC sales in 2015.

Looks to be another winner!

I saw these as well. I prefer carbon, but I punch single clip 15s, reclaimed wood, burnt orange, and elk covers. I hope to find one!
