Lets talk GEC!

Yes! ... I'm glad they are doing runs on larger knives. 4.25" is a nice size.
I hope some 23's come out next year too.

The blade looks taller than the ones I have seen on 42’s. What do you think?

That doesn’t look like a #42 to me.

I agree, pretty sure that green jigged bone is a 74 Stallion. Here is a 42:

I'm not a fan of the Northfield nail nick inside the swedge, would much prefer the long pull behind the swedge. Still, if they make it in 440C, I'd get at least one.

And Travman's picture with the green bone is a #74.

I, too, dislike the nick in the swedge. Long pull would have been cooler for Northfield trim.

Blade(s) looks pretty similar to these 2012 #42's, even down to the cut swedge with the nail nick on the Northfield.

It's a big knife, but the drawings look pretty good. I'll definitely be tempted. :)

I might have to pull the trigger on one of these 43's. I've been wanting a larger knife with a lanyard hole since I don't have one.

Geez, I’m the odd man out. I actually prefer the nick in the swedge, it’s what has me interested.

I guess you guys don’t like the 98 camp knife, grinling Whittler or 48 northfields either?

Sorry everyone. I was getting ready for a high school football game with my kids and posted too quickly. That green jigged bone Tidioute was definitely not a 42.
