Maybe a #14 beer scout/crown lifter with a clip blade ???
I would be okay with that also, as my main user is the 15 radio jack, I don't use the bottle opener all that often but it is pretty handy sometimes

I have never handled a 46 whaler? Are these more for collectors or users? I personally enjoy carrying my 35 Churchill, any #85, and the 57 whittler.
Would I like a 46? Thanks.
I see spear, not clip at Mike's website. Where are you seeing clip?Sounds like a run of 15’s are coming up as well. Judging from early reserve listing, it looks like the offerings will be sort of plain; Tidioute in ebony, jigged antique bone, and OD micarta. It will have a clip blade which is nice and a version with bail and chain will also be offered. I hope there are a lot of SFO’s with more interesting handle materials. Otherwise, I might pass.

I was thinking of buying two to use as tactical snowshoes. Those Whalers are massiveYou could probably hunt whales with them
Give GEC credit, they're offering something odd and different, kind of pocket trowel

I bet a run of beerscouts and cap lifters are in the works...well I'm hoping.![]()
I'm missing the chain part of bail and chain. Are these going to have a bail that also has a chain connected to it? I've never seen that before.
GEC says they come with the bail and chain on one model, another model without. So it just has a bail right? The chain doesn't come with the knife?
You know these are still on dealers shelves, right?I bet a run of beerscouts and cap lifters are in the works...well I'm hoping.![]()
I'll always be ready for another run of Beer Scouts, but I don't think GEc would do that until all the Crown Lifters are gone from the dealer's inventories.I bet a run of beerscouts and cap lifters are in the works...well I'm hoping.![]()
