Yup, me too.

I always like to see people get what they want, and I figure it's less cash they have to get what I want coming up soon lol... a TC and 81's.

Had the opportunity to purchase as I hit refresh right at the time stated by KSF...and as soon as I saw what they were going for, I just admired them. I'll be happy with my Pioneer Bone which I consider to be just as nice looking. Congrats to those that picked up what they wanted.

I'm with ya there. I've picked up several Northwoods, but I see better value in other GEC trims.
These little guys do look really cool though!
 
After I saw the price of the blue denim i could not justify paying that much more than the GEC models.

But big congratulations to all who purchased one.

This is why I went for Giraffe first. Go-big-or-dont-click-check-out! Honestly I have like 20 or so GECs, and until now only 1 northwoods and it has mammoth covers. I like the occassional northwoods in a premium cover.

I agree, for what they were going for... Giraffe was the way to go.

I considered the giraffe the cream of the crop. One that looked like exterior elephant tempted me.
 
I snagged a Demin. The Black looked very tempting but decided to hold out. This would be my first in this pattern so I am excited to try it out.
 
I believe it was Jan of Feb of 2015 when I bought my first Northwoods, a Forest Jack in jigged bone, from inventory that was just sitting there. By that I mean it had been sitting there, unsold, for some time. Time measured in weeks as opposed to minutes, haha. Not at all that long ago.

What incredible aesthetics and snap that knife has! I love the look of the Northwoods blade.

So happy to have snagged the red linen micarta when these dropped! Looking forward to giving it some pocket time! Conga rats to everyone who scored one they wanted.
