Let's talk Northwoods

I just happened to see the email when I went on break at exactly drop time. Tried for an iron,camel and a straggler but each time couldn't go through as it sold during my checkout. Too bad, they looked really nice. I think it's the only site I've been on that what you have in your cart can be sold to someone else. Prob for the best as they're pretty pricey. Loving the pics though!

They are the ones that 30 people have in their cart at the same time & computer does not release an order.
Actually, I have no idea either. Some are seconds like come back from GEC I believe.
 
Was there some recent drop of these knives on KSF, or are y'all just discussing what you purchased long time ago?
 
I had three different ironwood knives in my cart that were bought out from under me. It messed me up with the second knife because I did not remove the first out of stock one from the cart. and that delayed me. Oh well, I really didn't have the knife budget to afford one anyway. I never saw the blue camel or stragglers - they were gone by the time I gave up on the ironwoods.

same here

I normally spend all my money on wine,woman,song and gambling the rest I just squander.
 
I know they aren't as slicey as full flat, and sometimes they develop a touch of play but I really like the look of the rustic Northwoods. The grind on this latest model looks particularly nice.

I don't have it, that's what has been told to me by guys that grab multiples on a drop.

I didn't participate today, no interest in a 23. It may have changed.

I'm going to stop talking buying now.

Perfect opportunity!

Just grab someone and ask, "What does this shield, on this here pocketknife, look like, to you?" Very interested in the "person on the street" viewpoint.
