Libations worthy of the Hinderer Herd....

Beautiful slicer manix. That's next on my list. Unless lightning strikes and I scrape up a fieldtac! I should have a slicer very soon if all of the pieces of my plan fall into place. Muhaha!

Def get a slicer, I was a spanto guy only but an living the slicer right now!

I know you're now in a ground gig, but did you get that picture in your squadron bar or "ready room??" That's a fine choice.....I'm into the finer Belgian beers!!

Not the best pic..

I cant take part, I've been teetotal for about 3 years due to a close family member battling alcoholism.....I really miss pinot nior and speciality beers.

Much respect to you sir - sometimes the best help is simply support.

Oh no, I shudder to think of the carnage if I were to take that bottle into the Sq Bar (err, "heritage room" - we're not technically allowed to have a bar). Here's more that speed (and I'm being generous, more typically would be Jack Daniels..):

As opposed to what I would break out at home :)

Oh, for the record, I much prefer single malts but there are a few blends I consider ok to drink ;)

Nice packages of blue. 'Course the Ashton VSGs are nice for after-mission times!! Well done my friend!!

Thanks! It helps making friends with the owner of a cigar store!! I prefer single malt and bourbon to blended anything, but if I have to drink a blend I guess JWB will do :) Actually though, I've been carrying these two bottles around for a couple years - bought them to have on hand if my buddies and I ever "get the band back together" from the various parts of the world we're all living in at the moment.. It was kind of an impulse buy while I was walking though a duty free shop in the Toyko Haneda airport. They were giving out samples, and the small bottle came free with the purchase of the big bottle - plus it was a steal at the time, $130 US or something like that..

Jensen, I have a textured carbon fiber scale on it. Goes great with bronze ano!

Very nice! I think I might pick up a textured cf for my new slicer. I have smooth cf on my bronze spanto and I love it. I like having a little texture for added grip.
