Limited Edition 111 Magnacut (Idaho 20th Anniversary) - Stealth Run #009

It made it a day early. The blade's centred. The edges are even & razor sharp. And the wood grain's nice & uniform. The action is a little stiff, but nothing a few drops of oil & some use won't fix. It's a keeper. I'll get pics in better light later. Right now, I have to go get new tires put on my pickup.:)

Anyone else order one and still waiting for it to ship?
Usually Buck gets stuff out pretty quick.
Buck shipped mine the same day.

Now USPS, is a different story. They take the package from out west, past my house to a distribution center a couple hundred miles to the east of me in NJ. A day later they haul it back past my house to a regional distribution center fifty miles west of me. Then a day after that, it gets hauled past my house again to the local post office twelve miles to the east. Then it gets delivered.:)

I will snap some of mine shortly (which should come as no surprise that it looks like everyone else's!), but man, I love it VERY much. Not to rub any salt in any wounds, but those on the fence are probably going to end up regretting watching these go by. It has that feel of something truly special.

When I log into my Buck acct it says awaiting fulfillment.....

Usually my stuff gets to Indianapolis, hangs out there for awhile, then goes to Detroit for an extended weekend then goes a few other places before I see it.

USPS is a mystery.
If I mail a letter to my neighbor a 40 away, it goes to St Paul (1 1/2 hours west of me) to end up in my neighbor's mailbox
Yeah, I try not to be too hard on the USPS though. Heck, I can put a letter in my mail box, and someone will come to my house, pick it up, then they'll (not the same person), take it the whole way across the country, and deliver it to my sister's house in WA state, a couple days later, All for seventy-some cents. They may not be very efficient, but that's a bargain as far as I'm concerned.:)
