Neither am I, but I wouldn't even dream at guessing at all the swag LW has from over the years. I bet she has a direct VIP line to CRK! She will probably get a model or at least a UG named after her this year.

If I ever really wanted to know something about CRK, I would ask LW, and I bet she could just call him up and ask him even if it is midnight on a week day!

That's really not the case at all, I have very little contact. I did email Anne about my Morse Code, just her because of the personal history of that knife for her.

Snooka is doing a great job here. Unbeatable :-) I personally like the 1st draft better, as the letters are less prominent and the wolfe (cat ???) comes out better.

I like the subtlety of the letters in the first draft also. Or, maybe something just a tad bit more noticeable, but not masking the wolf.

Sorry Snooka, my son is an artist and hates non-artist people critiquing his work.

Hi all

I've been coming to this forum for a couple years now, and have really enjoyed the wealth of info, character (and characters!) and discussions that you have all contributed to make this a great place. I've never registered as there was not much to add that wasn't already being discussed and frankly the wealth of collective experience gave me plenty to wade through. Plus, although I am digitally inclined I don't Bookface or Twit much.

But, when perusing the recent threads and coming across this one, I couldn't resist scratching the itch that developed (I know, I should really get that checked out). Being a South African it has been great seeing how well Chris Reeves has done, and how much he has been embraced in his adoptive home. It's good to see his Safrican ingenuity blend with 'merican enterprising spirit to make such a success and pave the way for others like Andre Thorburn and Andre van Heerden (and still others still working on their people skills...).

Although we do get CRK knives here, they are limited in scope and I want to thank all of you who have shared your amazing UG and SE pieces. It's always a pleasure to share in someone's passions.


Anyway, TL;DR:

The point was I couldn't focus on work and started fiddling around with an idea for your avatar, LW. The idea of a Lone Wolfe atop a peak howling at a CRK logo moon kept swirling in my head. I made 5 versions for you to check out. Being a 120 x 120 block I made them simple and iconographic. Hope you like them or at least they give you some ideas. Don't stress about the pouch, I have no CRK and won't anytime soon (they cost a fair cowpat here and have gone up more so thanks to the 3-ring circus *btw that's not three there...* in parliament).
Although I'm keeping my eye open for a Ti-Lock one day, design and manufacture genius.
