Long term edc, favorite all around knife

I've been carrying a BM Griptilian 551 for 3 years now. Although I occasionally buy new knives or rotate to older ones, for some reason I keep coming back to the Grip. The only other knife I'd prefer over it (and sadly it was stolen) was a BM 707 Sequel.

In a slightly separate category, I've been carrying a Leatherman Skeletool for 4+ years as well.

SAK Huntsman and Spyderco Centofante III as EDCs. For outdoor activities, Busse NMSFNO and Spyderco Military.

My EDC has been a Combat Elite (now Wilson) RRF, before they got silly expensive. S30V in a compact, light TI framelock package. Its getting "edged" our right now by a ZT 0551 and 0301.

Wow, unless I missed something I believe I'm the only one to long-term carry an Emerson. I believe I got it around '04 and it's on its 2nd blade but still a great knife.

I get antsy and try out other blades a couple times a year but always go back to the 7A

a buck 303 my grandpa gave me when i was 8 or so, i carried that into my early teens. i've been carrying a paramilitary 2 everyday for the past few months.

I rotate through maybe a dozen EDC knives, but the one that probably has had the most pocket time over the last several years has been the lowly Delica. An Victorinox Explorer Plus is always in my pocket, no matter what folder I'm carrying.

+1
Even though I might carry another knife for a change of pace, a Delica keeps finding its way back into my pocket.

As of late, a Hogue 4" drop point. Always, a SAK hiker. In the woods, BR kephart or Bravo I.

My trusted Spyderco Caly 3. I've had it as my main EDC for nearly a year and am still very happy with it. It's funny, most of motivation for collecting was the hunt for a perfect EDC. I think I finally have it in the Caly 3. :D

I still can't stop though. ;)

I think the Paramilitary 2 will probably be my all time favorite knife, but the one that's been my most consistent one since I bought it in the late 90's would be this Benchmade 750 Pinnacle:

I simply can't pick just one so I'd have to say that my two absolute favorite knives are the Spyderco Military and the Sebenza. I carried the Military for about three years until I got my Sebbie in '05, which I've carried 5 plus years up until a few weeks ago when I picked up another Millie. While I may be intrigued with and buy new knives, either the Millie or Sebbie are always in my pocket. :D

Benchmade Mini-Griptilian 556 for at least the last 6 or 7 years, maybe longer. I am now rotating through a few, including a SAK Tinker Deluxe for my 9-5 and usually back to the Mini-Grip on the wkds.

my long term EDC was a Kershaw RAM. for some reason it fit in well with the office because of how small and its technical design. but it also went well after work and on the weekends. it still sees some pocket time. i LOVE that knife and thats why i EDCd it for so many years.

Before I was really into knives I carried a Kershaw Blackout partially serrated for about 4 years on and off, never really liked it much, but it was the knife I had, it looked cool at Walmart. But most recently I have been EDCing a Umnumzaan and going on about 1 year on and off and I still love it, the TI is all scratched up though, which is to be expected.

My longest runs were with a Buck 110,carried that one almost daily for 8 years. The other was an original MOD Hornet, with 154CM steel, carried that for about the same. Now I carry a SAK Huntsman,or Climber, and a Case Sodbuster Jr.I'll probably stick with that combination indefinately, getting too old to change now.;)

For me it's my buck 301 in yellow derlin it's comfortable to use and carry and the blade selection is about perfect for any task.
