Look what I scored while the Hogs were sleeping *PIC HEAVY*

Looks good. There are many Busse pieces floating around Ohio that others outside will probably never see. I used to run into them at gun shows all the time. Looong before I started with Busse knives. Should have started earlier..... Good score!
 
I actually found an old post from Jerry on the AA's on doing an anniversary model on the AA's. He said he started making the AA's in the 80's. So yours could be a very eary one.

thanks dudes. Sent the nick in today, so I should find out for sure if its warranted or not. If not, I told them to toss it in the trash.

Sent the big man a mesg, hopefully he chimes in so I can focus on something other than knives this week. My ole lady is really getting tired of hearing about it. Shes just dont get it.

Negative. He got better things to do then tell me I got the badest arss AA around :D

Id simply send it in to the spa which should confirm or not but I dont think I wanna alter its original state if it is indeed a hard to come by AA. You think sending it in forsa simple touch up would be a bad move? THough it appers never used, it does not have a very clean edge. Despite the edge, it still makes me feel much tougher when I hold it :)

Exactly what I was thinking! And the blades are sterile so how would he even know if they were 'Busses'!

I have never owned any of those knives so I have no idea if they are "rip-offs" - sure hope not.
