Yes,

Way back in 1998 or '99,, I committed to buy a Randall #16-1 for a young man destined to enter the Marine Corps upon graduating from Texas A&M in 2002. I was expensive and the delivery date was four long years away. Bummer . . .but maybe twice a year, I put down $50 on it through our Visa card, and that was relatively painless.

If you just gotta have one right now though, they come up regularly on e-Bay for what I guess is about 50% over Randall's retail if you order and wait for it.

you can get close with Busse SR77 and SR101 though.

I picked this one up for just over $300 a while back and just got another one slightly modded for about the same. And with SR77 it laughs at hard work

Lest we forget what thru hardened SR77 can do, almost 150 degrees without breaking. lol.

I was hesitant to mention it, because it might run slightly over budget. They even have a 10" and thinner clip point that the OP might find attractive. Remember that ?

The OP seems to be taken with his Buck 119 knives so why not stick with Buck and the steel he seems to really like and get a the Buck 124 that is like a Buck 120 on steroids?
