Guys!

I'm asking for a friendly advice:

Just would like to have a folder, not custom, made of S30V.

There are so many on market...

What would you recommend from your own experience...

Price range $50 - $200

Thank you in advance...

thank you all! I keep checking them on web :)

I'm more fixed blade knife guy, but I have a lot of them :)

Just in need for one good folder!

Is the only requirement that it is s30v?

What do you like and what is your intended use?

Do you prefer thumb studs, holes, or flippers/launchers? Any preference on lock? Size? Scales?

One of the cheapest is the Buck, and everyone seems to love it. It is the one you are least likely to regret, at any rate.

Check Zero Tolerance Range, especially Kershaw guys blems.

Buck Vantage Pro is wonderful knife. So S30V, does that count CPM-S30V? If it does, I love my Spyderco UKPK.

The sage series are definitely ones to consider. Also check out the benchmade 740/745, ritter griptillians, spyderco military/paramilitary, bradley alias 1 or 2, and the kershaw s30v blur.

For everyday use. Blade around 3" -3.5".

Reliable and practical.

Well; something rather nice and off the beaten track are the Enzo 75 Birk folders by Brisa. Available in D2 or S30V and in FFG or scandi grind, and a variety of handle materials.
Nicely made and you won't often cross someone with the same knife !
If you are interested, I made a short video about mine.

I currently carry a S30v Benchmade 615, it's a 3.4 inch blade and to me it fits the bill. Beefy folder with a very nice grip, you would probably pay $150-$170 for the knife on ebay or where ever they might still be carried as they are discontinued.

*note benchmade will still replace anything on them if you send them in*

They are one and the same. It's not like 154cm vs cpm 154cm. Go for the vantage pro you won't be dissapointed. It's a great heat treat and a great blade profile.

interesting. I didn't know that Buck uses S30V...

Thank you, will take a look for sure.

On the lower end of your budget range I would also recommend the Spyderco Native or the Buck Advantage Pro. Up from there I would take a look at the Spyderco Sage, Spyderco UKPN (Slipjoint), Spyderco Paramilitary/Military and Benchmade Osborne. I've never had a Sebenza, but from what I hear they are all that.
