well mr. tufff guy carl. you can go blow on a fat one. because i havent done anything illegal. and i didnt know my state laws. and whose to say that people here have the most up to date laws?

all i was trying to figure out is that if their illegal, why do alot of people make them. you can take this transcript and show it to your mother. then you can go stuff it. i havent been a dick, but ALOT of you people have. (and there were alot of you who helped, and for that i appreciate it) im just a newbie with a particular like and interest and i think im getting alot of slack because im not buying a "jay fisher" or "busse" knife. im just not cool enough like you guys.

whether i like "mall ninja" shit or not, its my personal choice and i shouldnt be persecuted because of it.

why should i change my tastes in life because most of you dont like the "mall ninja" look. call it what you will, i know what i like and none of you are going to change my mind. why do you have such a problem with that? because im not shitting out busse swords?

Haha! I had to read that one again. I totally agree, you should be persecuted for it.

Hopefully you'll be caught with your ninja knife and be prosecuted as well.

That must be what I am, a baby. Since you are qualified to re-write the definition of hypocrite you must also have some psychological expertise and can identify that, despite my ability to use a computer and type coherent sentences in english, I am, in fact, an infant. i dont know what that means, but as adults we are expected to act as such and observe a level of maturity that you have indicated you do not possess.

in the pirates cove or whine and cheese, most anything goes. not here however.
 
I find the term 'tufff guys' offensive because, being a baby, I obviously am not one.

To be honest, I don't care what you like, what you want, what you get. I am saying, if you want to break your state's law, don't drag someone else into it without full disclosure. It is a crappy thing to do to someone else.

The quotes here show, after you were informed that the knife you wanted was illegal in your state, you were going to go ahead with it anyway. And the last quote does show you being a dick.

I buy and make what I want, have even thought about making a very nice replica of the trench knife. Difference is, I live in a state that is allowed.

Now, you haven't done anything illegal yet, but if you do (which you have indicated you want to), the prosecutor will find this thread, and they will use it to show a blatant disregard for the law.

If you look, I have never said anything against your knife choice. If you really want it, and continue to live in a state that it is illegal, please work with your state assembly to change the law. Don't commit a felony just on a desire, it isn't worth it.

I mentioned the moderators, because I have seen a lot of forums that have been put through the wringer wrt individuals trying to solicit info on how to work around state/federal laws. Most forums do not wish to get into that kind of headache.

As for up to date, just searched Ohio state webpage

and they appear to still be illegal.

As for the answer to your question about why people make them if they are illegal, it was answered a number of times before you asked, I simply very clearly answered your question, in a union, each state has different laws.

im not going to post in this thread anymore. im moving to the whine and cheese section. maybe ill get some real tufff guys over there. your all wayyyyyyyyyyy to serious about owning 5999 knives.
