Looking for the perfect bush/survival knife for me. Going with ESEE most likely.

Scrapyard knives are great! The steel is fantastic. Very tough, holds a sharp edge for a very long time. SR101 is great stuff.

The thing cuts much bigger than it should for it's size. If you are considering any Bussekin, go for it with confidence. Just pick a knife you like the looks of and you'll be well served.
 
SO, after all of this, is anyone else curious what the OP has done, and what he thinks of the knives he got?

Last I heard I thought he was interested in getting a ESEE 6 and a Mora of some kind. So if you're still around OP, please let us know what you ended up with, and what you think of it so far. Some of us can't stand the suspense :).
 
Sure, I'd like to know what he chose. Hopefully he chose something before the "racist abrasive leet haxor" scared him off....
