Looking to start dabbling in knifemaking

Nice grinder.
I got an esteem with a 2 horse and vfd. I have been busy with work so just started to put it together last night. I bought some 1084 and aeb-l like you but also grabbed a piece of 1075 and if I ever think I know what am doing a piece of 3/16"x4"36" CPM M4. Can't wait to use that. You seem to be getting things done a little faster than me so I can't wait to see what you make. Keep on posting. I think there are a couple of other guys starting about the same time too.

I just got mine set up and a blade ground last night. I'm new so I don't know all of what is available with high end grinders. That said I don't know what could be improved on. It's pretty awsome. I got mine with the platten and 8" wheel as well as a third tooling arms with a small wheel fork and a tool rest. I'm super happy with it.
