looks like the Blue M390 Paramilitary 2 is about to be released

Wonderful - been reading this thread and holding off and when I finally attempt to pull the trigger, I get a Paypal error. Gah, impatience sucks.
 
lol is anyone seeing this m390 blue para 2 on the big auction site? seems like someone is trying to set the bar for the secondary market.....
 
Got mine yesterday. I swapped it for the S30V one in my work pants, so hopefully I'll have something to report soon on edge holding ability.

Anybody getting the new orange one? I'm afraid I probably won't be able to resist it. My first indulgence of the new year!
 
I did get the orange on pre-order and did not get the M390. Not a big fan of that color blue but sure like the steel on it.

I can see myself putting the M390 blade into the orange handle and selling the blue/XHP hybrid.
 
I missed out on the orange. My blue will be here Wednesday. I did get in on the CF M390 Military though:D
 
Got one on the sale forums here. I thought it was just too good a deal to pass up. It shipped Saturday, I'll have to see the scales in person, it may go right back out the door.

I love the blue, but wasn't really willing to pay the premium for the upgraded steel. I bought the orange as it just looked too nice to pass up. Now if there were ever a hot pink version, I'd have to get it.
 
I love the blue. I had to quit buying things I won't use so the orange was really unnecessary. If the blue sits too long sure will have to go also.
 
Finally, the email notice arrived!
Mine will be here on Tuesday according to USPS tracking.
My first Para, and as the Millitary's younger bro, it will def move to the top of my EDC list.
 
I'm ticked that these are coming out now and not during tax refund time.
 
I'm bummed out that I missed the chance to order one during their "international" sales. :mad:
 
So I was gonna keep this one NIB until I lost of broke my grey PM2 (if that ever happens), but its just too awesome looking so it will be my non-work edc for a while

I was about to take you up on that generous offer, until I saw the price of them. Rather a big jump from the basic one. Not that it wouldn't be worth it, but it's more than I expected, and more than I'm willing to spend over the cost of a regular one. The orange one however, looks just about right. I've already got a Yojimbo in smurf bone, and I've been missing the orange G10 on the UKPK I sold, so I think I'll go with preordering one of them (expected shipping in "Spring", so I've got plenty of time). I'm not all that concerned about the steel differences.
