Low-ride Spyderco clips - fits Paramilitary, Delica, Endura, Native, Manix...

Thanks for the fast shipping. Finally finished sanding my PM2 scales, and got it all put back together. Very happy camper.

I was referring to a spyderco southard.

He understood, and still no. These clips will not work on the Spyderco Southard.

*Edit to add* I got curious :D I already have a low-rider for my Southard that was made just for it. If you want to dremel these clips they are close. You can enlarage the center hole and the left hole (looking through the hole) and make the spread of the Southard's hole pattern. I would then dremel off the right hole and ear for a cleaner look.

Excuse my cell phone pics, I am at work on lunch.

I am going to buy two more, and one is for my Gayle Bradley that got its clip stolen from the Domino. I tried it again and after playing with it realized you can get two different fits.

One puts the entire clip in the lock-bar cutout. This gives good retention, so much so that it pinches too hard when pulling the knife out of your pocket. Plus, it allows the clip to contact the knife lower and the tab that sticks up at the end is lower making it harder to insert into the pocket.

The other way and the way I am leaving it is to hold the clip over when screwing it down so that it rides just above the lock-bar cutout on the handle scale. Once I had it tightened down I pushed the clip so that more of it was on the handle scale and not hovering over the lock-bar cutout. I have it pushed over now to the point of about 90% contact. The only downside to this is now the cutout hole on the clip is crooked on the screw holes so removing the left screw is now trickier. Oh, well I don't plan on removing this clip now!

option 1

option 2 tweaked

Green Para 2 and Gayle Bradley just because! Not sure why they show here upside down:confused:

Cool solution NC! Thanks for putting up those pics. You got the pinch point to scoot over a good 3/8" it looks like. Dang!

Yeah, Ti is flexible. I scratched the handle scales bending it on the knife, but it just looked like more stone washing! And if I wanted to get serious with it, I could heat it too. The design is nice and superior to some ~$8 Ti clips that I bought a while back, and I played with bending those and enlarging the holes to make it fit certain knives. Most people's idea of what Ti is vs. SS is not quite right, it is not bad to work with like many people think.

Ill take two without the logo. If you have any left. Thanks

Payment sent.

Hey folks,

Casey is a great guy. I wanted a little more tension on my clip after I received and used it. Casey took care of it without charging me a dime. He really does strive for customer satisfaction. When I pick up a few more knives that are compatible with the clip, I'll definitely order more.

Please make a Southard clip.

Sorry Casey, it took me a while to post this...

Just finished up a little heat treat on the clip.
Ti is pretty simple and has stages of color during heating. I took this one to a purplish color and it blends in pretty well.

I promised some Super Blue. Sorry for the cell phone pics. I am loving this Super Blue, and the clip looks great on the Delica.
