darn.. i think you guys were there just a few minutes before i was there then!
i went out there with a friend after dinner and there was a pickup and a small car parked near the trailhead when i arrived. i was the one with the blue matrix, if you guys noticed on your way back. i think we started out around 8:30, although we didn't try to be discrete with the flashlights and all that. we got hung up a little with the campfire pit clue because we didn't see the barrel right away and were looking around for scorch marks on the ground instead.
on the way back, instead of heading south along the wet trail with the stream flowing through it, we took the one leading towards the city lights and ended up in a residential neighbourhood. from there, it was another 30-45 mins or so back to the car through city streets.
i'm surprised we didn't see you guys then, but yea, maybe next time =). i actually go to school in seattle and was back up for spring break, but i'm back in seattle now. maybe i'll get to bump into you guys next time i'm around, either during easter long weekend or after exam season! thanks again, munky. it was one heck of a way to spend a saturday night =).
