M4 Ti Millie Alert!!!

Got my deposit in. The only reason I'm doing it is for the M4 blade, trying to keep up with the Military steels.
 
Deposit paid :thumbup: Anyone heard yet if the blade will be coated? DLC would be nice.

Wonder which will arrive first: this knife or the full Ti I've had on pre-order since the fall?
 
Well after saying I didn't think he would take a deposit multiple times I guess I was wrong as I just got the email as well. I am really surprised but I guess it is Roger's time and he feels it is necessary although he has never done it in the past to my knowledge.

I guess now everyone that was wondering if they would be getting one will now know.

I was worried what the price would be ($209.95 +shipping) but I can live with it.

On the 30th of last month I called knife works to ask if they had the Manix 2 in stock. We spent some time talking about pre-ordering the Ti-Military. He told me that he was lining up a run of Ti/CF Military’s in M4, to be out 10-12 months from now.
 
I sent my deposit earlier this evening as well. With the one knife limit, it's going to be a minor struggle trying to force this one into an early user status. Then again, I don't consider M4 to be for looks.

I hope an orange millie scale will be a direct swap (although that going to leave a pretty unsightly orange/black mutt of a millie) :p
