Wouldn't that be something.
I bet Tom Krein would have to put his life on hold for a whole year just to flat grind a run of H-1 blades.
It would definitely be the sweetest run of H-1 blades ever made, if a little on the expensive side (probably an extra $50 per knife just for grinding:eek:).

Edit: I think the wide hollow grind of the Rock Salt would do the trick, and for much less money.

I've got a couple on order and was wondering the same thing. I'll keep them both if they are made in the USA. I asked Sal but he didn't reply to my PM.
 
1st come 1st served on his list. At this point - more names than knifes.
Many will drop when its time to pay, so he takes xtra names. :)

No they haven't but I think there are those that want one and like to drop hints.

I personally don't see why so many want it. Yeah its great when I'm on the boat in saltwater but that is a small portion of my time.
 
I also thought it was May. I remember it being a 6 month waiting period when I was put on the list and that was in December.
