It's so difficult to make everyone happy and obviously today wasn't ideal. Thank you for being open, honest and always willing to engage the customer when appropriate.Looks like we're going to have to make some changes.

I imagine that the website was just overwhelmed. I expected something like this to happen since it happened with the Z-Max drop. Frustrating but not the end of the world.Looks like we're going to have to make some changes.

I started off, at 10:57(my time), pulled over on the highway! Lol..Took me about an hour (while driving to work) of crash/refresh every time a page loaded it was "oh crap, pull over!" to myself and the crash/reload would repeat. Somehow through all of the crash/reload cycles a second blade got added to my cart. I only wanted one, but when I finally got to checkout and got through I didn't want to try and correct it for fear of more crash/reload cycles. At some point I will probably sell off the second one when they become even more scarce...Just kidding. Perhaps some good trade fodder.
Merry Christmas to all!
