I could not get my account to open up. I received a link from NSM that said something like thank you for opening your account, please reset password. OK, so I get the link to reset password in my email inbox. I click that link, and it takes me to a page where you enter a new password (twice). It then says, "either your email or your password is invalid". So I go through the process again, and I just get stuck in this loop. Not to mention the "prove you're not a bot" where the pictures are so grainy you can't even hardly tell if there is a car in the photo or not.
I'm just going to have to call them. I gotta say, this sucks. I have to open an account just to buy a bar of steel? And then I have to get the account approved? And then it won't even let me into my account?
I opened an account with them a while ago and had similar problems. I think it eventually boiled down to me setting it up on a phone and not realizing I had multiple windows open trying to do the same thing at the same time but since it was a new window it didn’t recognize me. I had to close them all down and work on the original.I could not get my account to open up. Amazon, we are not. We appreciate everybody's patience and support. Our website is linking up with ERP system so it has to be manually verified so we don't have duplicate accounts. We are keeping an eye on incoming registrations and verifying them as soon as possible. Normally just takes a few minutes.I could not get my account to open up. Magnamax came out after Crucible was bought, so it doesn't need the CPM moniker since it's not a "CPM" steel. NSM Wear is what used to be called CPM CruWear, now being made by EraSteel and rolled by Niagra. They mentioned some of the names of steel may change due to Erasteel buying Crucible if they couldn't buy the patented/trademarked/copyrighted/whatever protection it had at the time.

We are getting the right to use CPM Cruwear soon. Website will be updated soon if it hasn't already.I called and found out my package was shipped yesterday, and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow; they just didn't get to update the online portion yet and it was still showing awaiting fulfillment. They were swamped with phone calls and online orders, so they are catching up and hoping to have everything shipped by Friday if not earlier!
I made a new account when I got the email a while back since my old account went away when they redid their website.
