Made by @Stang Bladeworks. CPM 154 blade, covers are Thunderstorm Kevlar over orange G10.
Well, this came to the office today. Interesting. Will post pics of the whole knife once I get home and can check it out a little more.
Edit: Started a thread. This is the handles on a S&M Moore Maker 4 1/2" liner lock Trapper.(6206LL). But, single blade, which I've never heard of. And I think maybe D2 steel. Any info, innuendo, rumor, SWAG, etc. much appreciated.

1960's Imperial made Craftsman tie clip knife with the Classic Crown logo.
And yes it is a functional knife, like many little knives like this the snap is a bit weak but it is pretty sharp.
