March Weights and Fitness challenge thread

Figured if I couldn't hit my MYB challenge this month, I should at least hit my 100 points for the WaFC.. got 684 medium reps in this morning (new best).. I also wheelbarrow'ed and spread 2 yards of dirt Saturday.. I am freaking beat! 13.6 + 87.7 = 101.3 for the month..

Thanks Crimson for planting the seed in my head to hit 100 this month ;)

Congrats! Way to be! I tweaked a nerve in my hand in yesterday's workout, and the wife (medical professional) said I shouldn't lift today :( Oh well. I'll start April off well.
 
Here's my final March entry, of an upper-body workout.

Light reps - 161 = 1.61
Medium reps - 184 = 3.68
Heavy reps - 39 = 1.56

Total March BSPs: 79.17

I'm pleased with that number, because my goal was to get 75 points for the month. Onwards into April, good month y'all!
