144 medium reps.. barely made it this morning.. 47.5 ttd


486 medium reps this morning.. 9.7 + 35 = 44.7 ttd trying to hit the advanced level this month :) I just need to find a way to log more miles in the MYB thread..
 
190 light reps this am.

29 + 1.9 = 30.9 BSPs to date.

Reps are a lot faster than miles - I've really got to work to hit 50 on the MYB challenge. Here, if I don't screw up my routine, it's pretty much a given.

190 light reps this morning.
30.9 + 1.9 = 32.8 BSPs TTD.
 
330 light reps this morning. Actually, I think I double-dipped on one and did 360 - but I can't remember for sure. (That's what I get for working out before breakfast.)

Anyway, 36.1 + 3.3 = 39.4 BSPs to date.

but seriously, it was a full body @ss whooping! Took it a bit easy in the gym this morning... did some weights, but no circuit.. no step boxes.
